Imagine a professional who goes above and beyond—someone who treats people like individuals, not just as a customer. Kylie is far more than a therapist. She is a friend and someone you can talk to without any judgment or criticism.
My son went from making himself physically sick from anxiety and moving from traditional schooling to homeschooling, to now wanting to get out and back into a school environment. Kylie is a friend to my son. She helps him with anything he needs, not just his anxiety and nerves, but also offering guidance and support for everyday life. This support extends beyond their weekly sessions; she is always available and just a phone call away.
In just six months, we noticed a significant difference. My wife and I could not recommend Kylie enough and are incredibly grateful for all she has done for our family.

I extend my sincere gratitude for your invaluable assistance with my daughter. Your expertise as a therapist shines through, effortlessly motivating children to actively engage. Your patience, understanding of my child’s challenges, and consistent encouragement have made a significant impact.
Annie thoroughly enjoyed her time in your group, and we eagerly anticipate the possibility of her participating again in the future.
Thank you once again for your unwavering support

Kylie is warm, welcoming and very supportive. She truly listens and I always feel safe as I explore my depressions and anxieties with her. Often, I am worried about doing things the “right way”. Kylie ensures that her therapy space is comfortable and immediately I feel myself relax and let go. I always leave my sessions with greater self-awareness, a deeper belief in myself and gratitude to Kylie for her obvious skills and talents as a therapist. I highly recommend her!

I recently had a transpersonal art therapy session with the lovely Miss Kylie Woods... normally I’m a devoted and loyal kinesiology fan and was happily surprised to learn that Kylie was trained in kinesiology and had chosen to focus on transpersonal art therapy as her primary modality. I found Kylie’s therapy session brought me into deep meditative awareness, insight, balance and well-being. I was totally surprised at the depth and power of the healing. I would totally recommend Kylie and transpersonal art therapy for all issues or just general well being. It is a beautiful, gentle therapy that somehow creates a deep and powerful experience of healing. Kylie is a beautifully conscious healing therapist.

I attended an art therapy session with the lovely Kylie. I went in with an open mind after not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised with how therapeutic the session was. You definitely do not need to be an artist to benefit from it. Kylie uses different techniques and tools to assist you with issues in your life past and present. Kylie's warm and friendly personality allowed me to open up which I found very beneficial.

I found my experience of art therapy sessions with Kylie provided me with a space of openness and felling safe at all times. In my understanding art therapy is a tool to allow what you may be holding subconsciously and may be contributing to holding you back from creating changes Physically, Mentally or emotionally. I felt gently guided into the space with Kylie.
During these sessions with Kylie I found myself guiding the direction of what came forward for me as Kylie would simply invite me to work through what came forward for me at that time.
I was pleasantly surprised to see where driving factors of my current pattern/s or thought were coming from. I was provided with mediums such as crayons and paper to express this through an image or colour.
I am not a drawer, this was one of my limitations I feared when being presented with these mediums, I felt Kylie reassured me we are all artists in our own way. Through the simpleness of this reassurance I gave myself permission to “try”
Being able to sit and express the feelings thought and emotion through this medium was actually a rewarding and freeing experience.
In my experience I found art therapy to be an open and gentle form of therapy creating trust in myself.
The space Kylie holds for this therapy and its explorers, aka clients, I found warm, inviting and safe.
